How was your first month educating Indonesia's best and brightest future technology talents in Bangkit? 👩🏻🏫
Your endeavor to transform the “rough diamonds into gemstones” might not be as smooth as expected. There may be some obstacles in your way. However, we hope you know that your contribution matters to equip the cohorts with the necessary skills and knowledge to be reliable tech talents. 💎
Even the Furious Five in the Kung Fu Panda (2008) will never be kung fu warriors without Master Shifu. Thank you for being "the cohorts’ Master Shifu" by educating them with passion! 🥷🏻
So, as usual, we will give you some important updates you need to know for this week:
#1 Information about Contributor Payment Distribution
Bangkit has been in session for one month, during which several Industry Led Training (ILT) Sessions have been successfully delivered by our instructors. 👨🏻🏫
As committed, we have disbursed the contributor incentives for ILT activities for the period up to September 20, 2023, to our instructors and mentors. 💰
We extend our heartfelt gratitude for your excellent delivery and unwavering support in enriching the learning experience for Bangkit students. 🙏🏻
#2 A Shoutout from a Bangkit 2023 Batch 2 Cohort
Many Bangkit 2023 Batch 2 Cohorts share their learning experiences on LinkedIn. They posted new knowledge gained from the class, new peers and mentors they met in weekly sessions, and many more. 📤

#3 Your Support Can Make Students Like Fichrie Get Closer to Their Dream, Contributors!
You must already know that many Bangkit 2023 Batch 2 Cohorts come from non-IT backgrounds. The Bangkit 2023 Batch 1 also had numerous non-IT participants, and Fichrie Fachrowi Adli (21) was one of them. 👨🏻🦱
Fichrie is an Economics Student at Universitas Airlangga. Despite having little experience in learning tech, he dreamt of becoming a digital talent. Therefore, he took part in Bangkit 2023 Batch 1 and picked the Machine Learning path. 🍎
Always believing what Frank Sonnenberg, an American Author, says, “Impossible means that you just didn’t do it yet,” Fichrie kept giving the best and finally graduated from Bangkit. Who would have thought that a non-IT student like Fichrie would then get the opportunity to be a Data Analyst Intern at the Presidential Advisory Council Republic of Indonesia? 🎊
Fichrie’s success taught us about the power of perseverance and the significant role of contributors who dedicated themselves to training the cohorts to be career-ready talents. Thank you for your dedication! 🙏🏻
