#4 A Story of One of Bangkit Soft Skills Instructor: Chatrin Pandrya

Chatrin Pandrya, a Localization Lead for Global E-Commerce at TikTok, understands that Indonesia's future is in the hands of the younger generation. Therefore, she wants to ensure the next generation has a growth mindset. 🧠

One of the ways of helping the younger generation was by contributing to Bangkit as a Soft Skills Instructor. Shen then became a Master Trainer and created a supportive and engaging learning environment for the students. 👩‍🏫
