All the students engaging in the company- or product-based capstone project are now presenting their work, competing to be the best. 👨💻👩💻
Would it be possible for all of your students? We wish them the best of luck! 🥳

#3 This is Irfando: A Resilient Bangkit Alumnus in the Face of Rejection
Sometimes, rejection could be an unpleasant experience. However, it can also be a powerful motivator for us. Irfando (23), a Bangkit graduate from Universitas Mikroskil, believes in that. ❤️🔥
Before becoming a successful tech talent, Irfando was a high school graduate and the son of a palm oil transport truck driver who dreamed about going to state university. Unfortunately, he was rejected. However, it didn’t discourage him to grow. Instead, his passion for learning ignited once he began his study at Universitas Mikroskil, majoring in Information Systems. 👨💻
Aspiring to be a tech developer, Irfando joined Bangkit 2022 and picked the Mobile Development (Android) path. Irfando learned how to create and integrate applications with storage systems in this program. His soft skills, such as personal development, critical thinking, CV creation, and good personal branding, also improved. 💬
“If I hadn't joined Bangkit, I wouldn't have had a chance to understand the real-world work situation. After joining Bangkit, I realized what the professional world looks like.” 🌏
Irfando has become a globally certified tech talent and has worked as a Back-End Developer at PT Phincon. Read Irfando’s full story here. 👈
Your students would never have come this far without your support and guidance. Therefore, keep up the excellent work with your experience and knowledge to help us produce high-caliber digital talents. We believe your knowledge can change the world; as Nelson Mandela once said:
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world!”
(Nelson Mandela, Former South African President)
